1. Publisher and operator
FKK Croatia and this planner are operated and published by Adriatic Ritual d.o.o., Zidarska 40A, 51260 Crikvenica, Croatia (OIB 46603124571; MBS 040496172). Contact: support@fkkcroatia.com.
2. Product
The product is a downloadable English-language PDF containing 38 pages of independent trip-planning material: regional comparisons, route frameworks, 43 curated place profiles, preparation checklists, worksheets and source links.
3. Price and delivery
The intended launch price is €14.90 as a one-time purchase with tax-inclusive pricing configured in Lemon Squeezy. The code FOUNDING990 is intended to reduce the price to €9.90 for the first 50 successful redemptions. Availability is determined by the live checkout. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and provides checkout, payment processing, applicable tax handling, receipt and secure file delivery.
4. Personal-use licence
The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the PDF for personal travel planning and with the people in the same travelling party. The PDF may not be resold, uploaded publicly, redistributed as a list, repackaged, or used to create a competing directory.
5. Updates
Corrected 2027 file versions may be placed in the customer's secure order account. This does not promise live concierge service, a continuously changing itinerary, or editions after 31 December 2027.
6. Travel information
The guide is editorial information, not a booking service, legal determination, safety guarantee or representation by any listed operator. Opening dates, prices, transport, access and clothing rules can change. The traveller must confirm current information with the operator or destination before booking and again on arrival.
7. Conduct and privacy
Use of the planner never overrides local law, posted rules, staff instructions, consent or another person's privacy. Photography without clear permission and sexualised or harassing behaviour are incompatible with the product's intended use.
8. Refunds and withdrawal
Any available refund or withdrawal right will be explained in the live Lemon Squeezy checkout. Where immediate digital delivery requires an acknowledgement or consent, that request will appear before payment. Questions after purchase should be made through the order receipt or support@fkkcroatia.com.
9. Corrections
Material factual corrections can be sent to editorial@fkkcroatia.com. A correction request does not guarantee inclusion, but evidence from an operator or responsible destination source receives priority.
10. Provider activation
Checkout remains disabled until the production Lemon Squeezy product is connected and tested. No sale is offered through this website before that activation.
